User Agreement

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using TotoAI Video Translator, you agree to this user agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update these terms. Continued use after we post a change is acceptance of the change.

2. Who may use the app

You must be at least 18 to create an account. TotoAI Video Translator is for people making and translating video.

3. The service

TotoAI Video Translator transcribes speech, translates the subtitles into more than 50 languages, and can keep two languages on screen. You can upload a video from the phone or paste a link. Videos can run up to 120 minutes. You remain responsible for the videos you submit and for how you use the result. Translation features require a subscription, described in the membership agreement.

4. Accounts

If you create an account, keep the details accurate and the credentials private. You are responsible for activity under that account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.

5. Acceptable use

Use the app for its purpose. Do not break the law with it, probe or disrupt our systems, reverse engineer the app except where the law allows, scrape it with automation, share your login, or upload content that is illegal or that harms someone else.

6. Purchases

Paid features are described in the membership agreement for TotoAI Video Translator. They are billed by Apple under the App Store's rules. Subscriptions renew until you cancel in the store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds follow the store's policy and applicable law.

7. Your content and ours

The app and our original content belong to GapSlice. You keep ownership of content you create. You give us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only so we can run the service for you. You can delete it with the account.

8. Availability and warranties

We work to keep the app available, and it will sometimes be down for maintenance or faults. The app is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or fit for a purpose you have not told us about.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, GapSlice Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or use, arising from the app. Where a limit is not allowed, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the three months before the claim.

10. Ending use

You may stop by deleting the app and asking us to delete the account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. When an account ends, access ends, and we delete personal data as described in the privacy policy.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.
