This policy explains how GapSlice Inc. ("we") handles information when you use our mobile apps, related services, or this website. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the service.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

That can include an email address, a name, a phone number if you add one for an account or for support, and the content you create inside an app.

Information collected automatically

Device type, operating system, app version, feature use, crash reports, and coarse technical data such as IP address and time zone. We use this to keep the apps working.

Data that belongs to a specific app

Some apps store schedules, notes, photos, recordings, or transcripts because that is the product. Where we can, that data stays on your device and is sent to us only when a feature needs it, or when you ask us to sync it.

3. How we use information

We use it to run the apps, keep accounts, answer support, send notices you asked for, understand what is breaking, and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal information.

4. Processors

We use service providers for hosting, crash reports, product analytics, push notifications, and in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple and Google. Those providers receive only what they need to do that job, under their own terms and our instructions.

5. Security and retention

We protect data in transit and at rest with industry-standard measures. No method of storage is perfect. We keep personal information only as long as the account, the feature, or the law requires. When you delete an account, we delete the personal information we hold for it, except where we must retain a record.

6. Your choices

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, or to limit certain processing. Email support@gapslice.com and name the app and the account email. You can also turn off push notifications in the device settings.

7. Age

Bubble's Bedtime Story is made for families and is rated 4+. A parent or guardian should hold the account when a child uses it. TotoAI Video Translator and WordCut: AI Video Captions are tools for creating and captioning video. On the App Store, GapSlice indicates that TotoAI Video Translator and Bubble's Bedtime Story do not collect data. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

9. Changes

We will post updates on this page and change the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
