This page applies to the following apps: TotoAI Video Translator, WordCut: AI Video Captions, Bubble's Bedtime Story.
1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using a GapSlice app, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update these terms; continued use after we post a change is acceptance of the change.
2. Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 to create an account, except where an app is meant for a family and a parent or guardian holds the account. Bubble's Bedtime Story is rated 4+ and is for a parent and child together. TotoAI Video Translator and WordCut: AI Video Captions are for people making and captioning video.
3. The service
Each app does what its listing and its own screens describe. TotoAI Video Translator translates speech in a video. WordCut: AI Video Captions turns that speech into captions. Bubble's Bedtime Story is a story app for a parent and child, not a substitute for a parent. You remain responsible for how you use the result.
4. Accounts
If you create an account, keep the details accurate and the credentials private. You are responsible for activity under that account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.
5. Acceptable use
Use the apps for their purpose. Do not break the law with them, probe or disrupt our systems, reverse engineer the apps except where the law allows, scrape them with automation, share your login, or upload content that is illegal or that harms someone else.
6. Purchases
Paid features, if an app offers them, are billed by Apple or Google under that store's rules. Subscriptions renew until you cancel in the store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds follow the store's policy and applicable law.
7. Your content and ours
The apps, this site, and our original content belong to GapSlice Inc. You keep ownership of content you create. You give us a limited license to host and display that content only so we can run the service for you. You can delete it with the account.
8. Availability and warranties
We work to keep the apps available, and they will sometimes be down for maintenance or faults. The apps are provided as is. We do not warrant that they will be error-free or fit for a purpose you have not told us about.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, GapSlice Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or use, arising from the apps. Where a limit is not allowed, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the three months before the claim.
10. Ending use
You may stop by deleting the app and asking us to delete the account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. When an account ends, access ends, and we delete personal data as described in the privacy policy.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.
