Include this if you can
- The app name, and whether it is iPhone or iPad
- The iOS version, from Settings, then General, then About
- What you expected, and what happened instead
- A screenshot, if the screen is the problem

Purchases
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are billed by Apple. Cancel a subscription in the App Store settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds are requested from Apple. If a charge looks wrong because of a fault on our side, email support@gapslice.com and name the app.

You can ask us to delete personal data from an app or from this website. The request does not need an account, but it does need enough detail for us to find the right records.
