1. Introduction

This policy explains how GapSlice Inc. ("we") handles information when you use TotoAI Video Translator. It is the international privacy policy for this app. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the app.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us can include an email address, a name, a phone number if you add one for an account or for support, and the content you create in the app.

To translate a video, the app handles the file you upload from the photo library or the link you paste, the speech transcript, the translated subtitles, and the subtitle style you choose. A video stays on your device until a feature needs to send it so we can transcribe, translate, or render it.

The app may also receive device type, operating system, app version, feature use, crash reports, and coarse technical data such as IP address and time zone. We use this to keep the app working.

On the App Store, GapSlice indicates that TotoAI Video Translator does not collect data. That label describes the App Store privacy disclosure. This page is the longer explanation of how the app works when you use translation, upload, or support.

3. How we use information

We use information to run the app, keep accounts, answer support, send notices you asked for, understand what is breaking, and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal information.

4. Processors

We use service providers for hosting, crash reports, product analytics, push notifications, and in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple. Those providers receive only what they need to do that job, under their own terms and our instructions.

5. Security and retention

We protect data in transit and at rest with industry-standard measures. No method of storage is perfect. We keep personal information only as long as the account, the feature, or the law requires. When you delete an account, we delete the personal information we hold for it, except where we must retain a record.

6. Your choices

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, or to limit certain processing. Email support@gapslice.com and name TotoAI Video Translator and the account email. You can also turn off push notifications in the device settings. 7. Age

TotoAI Video Translator is a tool for creating and translating video. It is not directed at children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

9. Changes

We will post updates on this page and change the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
