Membership Agreement

1. What membership covers

A TotoAI Video Translator subscription unlocks the premium translation features. That includes translation, automatic subtitles, bilingual captions, longer videos, and subtitle styling. Current prices are on the App Store listing, not on this page.

2. Billing

Membership is billed by Apple through the App Store account you use to download the app. GapSlice does not see or store your full payment card number. Apple's terms apply to the charge.

3. Renewal and cancellation

A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Cancel in the App Store subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

4. Refunds

Refunds follow Apple's policy and applicable law. Request a refund from Apple, through the App Store. If a charge is wrong because of a fault on our side, email support@gapslice.com and include the app name and the account email.

5. Changes

We may change what a subscription includes, or the price of a later period. Price changes for a renewal are shown by Apple before they apply. Continued use of a paid feature after the change means you accept it.
